These crostini will complement any soup on the menu.
- 12 slices French or Italian bread, cut 1/4 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place bread slices on Large Round Stone with Handles. Combine olive oil and pressed garlic clove; brush over each bread slice.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over bread slices. Bake 6-8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown and cheese is melted.
