S’mores Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  •  Oil for greasing
  • 4 cups (1 L) bread crusts or scraps, torn into bite sized pieces
  • 2 cups (500 mL) half & half or whole milk
  • 2   eggs
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Cinnamon Toast Blend (In Your Box!)
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) crushed graham crackers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8"–9" (20–23-cm) round cake pan.
  2. Scatter the bread evenly in the pan.
  3. Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, Cinnamon Toast Blend, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  4. Pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread. Let it sit 10–15 minutes so the bread soaks it up.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers over the top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is just set.
  7. Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and gooey with some ice cream.
