S’mores Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- Oil for greasing
- 4 cups (1 L) bread crusts or scraps, torn into bite sized pieces
- 2 cups (500 mL) half & half or whole milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Cinnamon Toast Blend (In Your Box!)
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- ¼ cup (60 mL) chocolate chips
- ¼ cup (60 mL) mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) crushed graham crackers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8"–9" (20–23-cm) round cake pan.
- Scatter the bread evenly in the pan.
- Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, Cinnamon Toast Blend, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the bread. Let it sit 10–15 minutes so the bread soaks it up.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is just set.
- Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and gooey with some ice cream.
