Lightened-Up Caesar Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2/3  cup (150 mL) plain fat-free yogurt
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) anchovy paste
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL) black pepper
  • 2   garlic cloves, pressed
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil or canola oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in Measure, Mix & Pour®. Mix until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. 

Yield:

  • 8  servings of 2 tbsp (30 mL)
