Sweetie Potato Pie
Our Easy Accent® Decorator makes eating vegetables more fun than ever.
- 1 can (40 ounces) cut sweet potatoes in light syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 15 regular-size marshmallows
Sprinkle cinnamon and salt over potatoes. Mash until smooth using Nylon Masher.
In Deep Dish Pie Plate, hold decorator straight up and down with tip about 1 inch above center of plate. Gently squeeze down tigger to from a star. Stop pressure and pull decorator up. Continue to fill the pie plate with potato "stars" until all potatoes are used. Refill decorator as needed.
Place marshmallows on their sides around edge of pie plate, on top of potatoes.
