Forget the graham crackers! This gingerbread house hack lets the whole family enjoy making, and more importantly eating, their own gingerbread house.
Prepare a box of gingerbread cookie & cake mix, following the cake directions, then use the Large Scoop to fill a lightly oiled Brownie Pan. Bake at 350°F 23 – 25 minutes or until the Cake Tester & Releasing Tool comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes in the pan, then place cakes on a Stackable Cooling Rack.
When you’re ready to decorate, cut some of the cakes in half diagonally and adhere with frosting to create a roof. Break out the Easy Accent® Decorator and an assortment of candies and frosting to decorate.
