Heat oil over medium heat in 3-qt. Saucepan. Stir in seasoning mix; stir constantly 1 minute. Add tomatoes, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve over hot cooked pasta, if desired.
