Super Stuffed Spuds
- 4 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed (about 6-8 ounces each)
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli and cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
Poke the potatoes several times with a fork. Put the potatoes on a paper towel in the microwave oven. Microwave them on HIGH for 5 minutes. Using an Oven Mitt, carefully turn the potatoes over and microwave them on HIGH for 5 to 10 minutes more. Carefully remove the potatoes from the microwave using Oven Mitts.
Take the broccoli and cheese sauce out of the pouch and put it into the Classic Batter Bowl. Chop the ham with the Food Chopper. Add the ham to the batter bowl and cover it loosely with the lid. Microwave it on HIGH for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the batter bowl from the microwave, remove the lid and stir. Cover the batter bowl again. Microwave it on HIGH for 2 to 5 minutes more or until the broccoli and cheese mixture is hot. Carefully remove the batter bowl from the microwave using Oven Mitts.
Put each potato on a serving plate. Cut a long slit down the center of each potato using My Safe Cutter. Push the ends of the potatoes toward the center to open them. Spoon some of the broccoli and cheese mixture on top.
