Spicy Joe Pizza

Like its famous namesake, this main dish pizza is sure to become a family favorite. Add a crisp tossed salad to complete the meal.



  • 1 pkg (10 oz) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 2   garlic cloves, pressed
  • 8 oz lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 cup (4 oz) reduced-fat cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll pizza crust into a 14-inch circle on Large Round Stone with Handles using lightly floured Baker's Roller®. Bake crust 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, chop green bell pepper with Food Chopper. Slice onion with Utility Knife. Press garlic with Garlic Press. In (12-in.) Skillet, cook ground beef, green bell pepper and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili sauce. Top crust with meat mixture, sliced onion and cheese. Bake 11-13 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cut with Pizza Cutter.
