Saucy BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
These sandwiches start with meat from a rotisserie-cooked chicken available in the deli at most large supermarkets. A sassy homemade sauce makes them extra special.
Prepare barbecue sauce in (3-qt.) Saucepan as recipe directs, adding seasoning mix, if desired.
Meanwhile, remove skin from chicken; discard skin. Remove meat from bones; discard bones. Pull and shred chicken using Hold 'N Slice®; cut into bite-size pieces. Add chicken to barbecue sauce; heat over medium heat 2-3 minutes or until heated through.

For added convenience, we've called for a rotisserie-cooked chicken, available at most large supermarkets. One cooked chicken weighs about 2 pounds and will yield about 3 cups of chopped meat.
Our Barbecue Seasoning Mix adds extra smoky flavor to the barbecue sauce.
