Popcorn Chicken Salad


  • 1 package (12 ounces) frozen popcorn chicken (about 2 cups)
  • 1 package (16 ounces) iceberg lettuce mix
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing


  1. Preheat oven to the temperature given on the package of chicken. Spread the chicken pieces over the Large Round Stone with Handles. Bake following the time given on the package. Carefully remove the baking stone from the oven using Oven Mitts

  2. Put the lettuce in Stainless (6-qt.) Mixing Bowl. Place the cucumber on a cutting board. Cut it into bite-size pieces using the Crinkle Cutter. Add the cucumber pieces, tomatoes and chicken pieces to the lettuce.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Put the lid on the bowl and shake it up and down 25 times or until the salad is coated with the dressing.
