- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup 70% vegetable oil spread, melted
- 1/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F. In Classic Batter Bowl, whisk together egg and egg whites with Stainless Whisk. Blend in sugar, melted margarine and yogurt. Combine flour, cocoa powder and salt; stir into yogurt mixture until blended. Stir in vanilla. Pour into Square Baker. Bake 23-25 minutes or until set. Do not overbake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, using Flour/Sugar Shaker.
