Creamy Dessert Clouds
Fresh fruit tops these frozen dessert shells for an elegant but easy make-ahead treat.
- 1 pkg (8 oz) light cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 2 cups frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 kiwi, peeled, sliced and cut in half
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cups orange marmalade
Line Chillzanne® Platter with Parchment Paper. For each dessert shell, place two scoops of cream cheese mixture onto Parchment Paper using Ice Cream Scoop. Form shells using rounded side of Ice Cream Scoop. Repeat to form eight shells. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. To serve, slice fruit with Egg Slicer Plus®. Toss with maramalade in Classic Batter Bowl. Remove dessert shells from Parchment Paper using Mini-Serving Spatula. Place on individual dessert plates; top with fruit mixture. Serve immediately.
