Bonanza Brownie Bars
Divide one Bar Pan of homemade brownies into three sections and choose a different topping for each. You're sure to please everyone.
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 cups butter or margarine
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray Large Bar Pan with vegetable oil using Kitchen Spritzer. For brownies, combine flour and cocoa powder in Small Batter Bowl; set aside. Melt butter in (3-qt.) Saucepan over medium-low heat. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in sugar using Mix 'N Scraper®. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing until well blended. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 28-33 minutes or until edges are firm. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely in pan. For topping, cut brownies crosswise into three even sections; top each section with a Topping Variation. Cut each section into 15 bars.
