Sweet Potato Soup
This is a great first recipe to make in the Deluxe Cooking Blender.
- 2½ cups (625 mL) low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
- 2–4 fresh sage leaves
- 4 cups (1 L) sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- ½ medium onion, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
Add all the ingredients, in the order listed, to the Deluxe Cooking Blender.
Replace and lock the lid. Turn the wheel to select the SOUP setting; press the wheel to start.
