Cheeseburger Pizza
The classic cheeseburger gets an upscale twist with our fabulous 5-minute pizza dough!
Ingredients

- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb (250 g) 95% lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) ketchup
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) yellow mustard
- 5-Minute Dough
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) flour, plus additional as needed
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) baking soda
- 1 cup (250 mL) 2% plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) olive oil to brush stone
- 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) sesame seeds (optional)

Directions
Choose a variation. Preheat grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat (400-450°F/200-230°C).
For toppings, place onion and ground beef in 12” (30-cm) Skillet. Cook over medium heat 5-7 minutes or until beef is no longer pink, breaking beef into crumbles with Mix ‘N Chop; drain. Set aside.
Combine ketchup and mustard in 1-cup (250-mL) Prep Bowl. Prepare add-ons.
For dough, combine dry ingredients, except sesame seeds, in Classic Batter Bowl; mix well. Stir in yogurt; mix until combined (mixture will look dry).
Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead dough 4 minutes, sprinkling with additional flour as needed. Shape dough into a ball.
Roll dough into a 12” (30-cm) circle using lightly floured Baker’s Roller®. Brush Rockcrok® Grill Stone with oil using Chef’s Silicone Basting Brush and sprinkle surface evenly with sesame seeds. Transfer dough onto stone; roll out to edges. Pierce entire surface of dough using pastry tool.
Place stone on grid of grill. Grill, covered, 9-13 minutes or until bottom of crust is golden brown, rotating stone halfway through grill time. Remove stone to Stackable Cooling Rack.
Flip crust and spread ketchup mixture to within ½” (1-cm) of edges. Top with half of cheese, all of the ground beef mixture, add-ons and remaining cheese.
Grill 4-6 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. Remove stone from grill. Cut pizza into slices.
