Combine 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar and ½ cup (125 mL) hot water in (2-cup/500-mL) Prep Bowl; let cool slightly. In Manual Food Processor, combine the sugar mixture, 3 peeled and quartered kiwis, 2 oz (60 g) bourbon (optional), 3 tbsp (45 mL) frozen limeade and 8 fresh mint leaves (2 tbsp/30 mL). Blend until coarsely puréed. Pour over ice and garnish with mint.
