Ingredients

  • 2   firm, ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) nut butter
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Honey-Walnut Blend
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chocolate chips
  •  Optional: Crushed graham crackers, crushed pretzels, toasted coconut, cookie crumbs, peanut butter–filled chocolate candies, hazelnut spread

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the bananas in half lengthwise
  3. Use the scooping tool or small corer of the Pepper Corer to make a well in the banana.
  4. Place the banana halves on a small sheet pan; set aside.
  5. Mix the nut butter and Honey-Walnut Blend together in a small bowl. Scoop it into a small plastic bag and snip the corner. Squeeze the nut butter into the well of each banana.
  6. Top with the marshmallows, chocolate chips, and additional toppings, if you’d like.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and the bananas are very dark. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
