Fuss-Free Focaccia

It’s easy to make focaccia at home with the help of this mix! With just a few ingredients, you can make flavorful oven-baked focaccia with a crispy outside and soft, chewy inside that’s ready in a fraction of the time traditional recipes take. It’s perfect as a side dish, sandwich bread, or snack—and you can even use it as the base for an amazing Detroit-style pizza.

How to Make Focaccia

Just add water and olive oil to the mix and let it rise for 1 hour (let it rise for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator for even more flavor!). Transfer to an oiled 9" x 13" (23-cm x 33-cm) pan, cover, and let it rise in a warm spot until it’s doubled in size, about 2–3 hours. Drizzle with olive oil and, with well-oiled fingers, gently create dimples on the top. Bake in a preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until it’s well browned.

How to Make Floral Focaccia

To make the floral focaccia, prepare the dough according to package directions for the Rectangular Baker. Before baking, arrange vegetables and herbs on top of the dough to create flowers and stems. Bake for 22-26 mins, or until golden brown.  Let it cool before serving and enjoy!
