Cubano Party Sandwiches

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Combine ⅓ cup (75 mL) mayonnaise and 1½ tbsp (22 mL) of your favorite seasoning mix in a small bowl. Cut 1 pkg Hawaiian rolls (12 oz./350 g), in half lengthwise, lay the bottom half of the rolls on a sheet pan. Spread about 2 tbsp (30 mL) of the mayonnaise mixture. Place 6 slices deli ham on top, followed by 1-2 cups (250-500 mL) leftover pulled pork, swiss cheese and sliced dill pickles. Replace the top of the bread, and brush the remaining mayonnaise mixture on top of the bread. Cover with foil and bake for 8 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 4–5 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
