Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine mix, water and oil. Stir until dough forms into a ball.
Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. Knead dough 5 minutes, sprinkling with additional flour as needed. Shape dough into a ball and cover with bowl.* Let rest 5 minutes.
Brush Large Round Stone with Handles (or cookie sheet) with additional oil. Place dough onto center of baking stone. Roll out dough to within 1/2-in. of edge. Prick entire surface of dough with fork.
Bake crust on lowest rack of oven 16-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven to cooling rack.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust; sprinkle with toppngs of your choice. Bake 6-9 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown.
*For two thin-crust pizzas: Divide dough in half and shape into two balls. Roll dough out onto two Medium Round Stones with Handles (or cookie sheets). Prick entire surface of dough with fork. Bake 14-16 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Top as desired. Bake 6-9 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. Rotate baking stones on rack halfway through baking.
