One-Pan Dumpling Bake

Skip the extra prep and let frozen dumplings do the work in this flavorful one-pan dinner with only five ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 5 oz. (150 g) fresh spinach
  • 1 bag (24 oz./680 g) frozen dumplings or pot stickers (see cook’s tip)
  • 2 cans (13.5 oz./399 mL each) unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 pkg Thai-Style Coconut Soup Mix
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
  •  Optional Toppings: Chopped cilantro, peanuts, green onions, or Crunchy Garlic Crisp Seasoning Mix

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Add the spinach in an even layer to the Fully Glazed Stone Rectangular Baker.
  2. Add the dumplings on top of the spinach.
  3. Whisk together the coconut milk, soup mix, and soy sauce in a large bowl. Pour it over the dumplings.
  4. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until bubbling.
  5. Remove the pan from the oven. Garnish with optional toppings, if you’d like.
