Pork Chop Sheet Pan Meal
This easy pork chop sheet meal is so easy but tastes like you spent all day making it.
Ingredients
- Crust
- 4 oz. (125 mL) cream cheese
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
- ⅔ cup (150 mL) panko breadcrumbs
- Pork & Vegetables
- 12 oz. (350 g) green beans, about 4 cups/1 L
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil
- 1¼ tsp (6 mL) salt, divided
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) onion powder
- 4 boneless pork loin chops, ¾"/2 cm thick (about 1 lb/450 g total)
- ½ tsp (2 mL) pepper
- Sauce
- ¼ cup (60 mL) ketchup
- ½ cup (125 mL) seedless raspberry jam
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Combine the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and salt in a medium bowl. Add the breadcrumbs and stir until evenly mixed.
- Combine the green beans with the oil, ¼ tsp (1 mL) of salt, and onion powder in the center of the Brilliance Nonstick Half Sheet Pan With Rack.
- Season the pork chops on both sides with the remaining salt and pepper. Place pork onto the pan around the green beans. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the ketchup and jam to a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, or until bubbly. Whisk until smooth then set aside.
- Remove the pan from the oven and stir the green beans. Divide the crust topping evenly over the pork chops. Return to oven and bake another 8-10 minutes or until the pork reaches 150-155°F (65-68°C) for medium and the crust topping has browned.
- Remove from oven. Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve the pork and green beans with a drizzle of the sauce.

Cook's Tips:
Not a fan of pork? You can swap out chicken breasts or thighs. Follow the same directions and cook until the temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
The sauce is a great quick substitute for a sweet and tangy sauce. Try dipping your chicken nuggets into it or just using it to add extra flavor to store bought rotisserie chicken.
