Cold Brew Float
Indulge in this creamy dessert drink made with cold brew coffee, Irish cream liqueur, and ice cream. Add your favorite toppings, too!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (175 mL) cold brew coffee
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) half & half
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Irish cream or coffee-flavored liqueur (optional)
- ¼ cup (60 mL) vanilla or chocolate ice cream
- Optional: Club soda, whipped cream, chocolate syrup
Directions
- Combine the cold brew, cream, and liqueur, if using.
- Scoop the ice cream into a glass. Pour the coffee mixture on top. Top with club soda, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup, if you’d like.
