Cappuccino
You don’t have to be a skilled barista to make this café classic in the comfort of your own home. Simply combine espresso, steamed milk, and foam.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup (75 mL) whole milk or milk of choice
- ½ tsp (2 mL) sugar
- 1 scoop (2 tbsp/30 mL) ground espresso OR 1 Nespresso® original Pod
- Optional: Dash of cocoa powder
Directions
- Froth the milk and sugar and set aside.
- Adjust the drip tray of the Deluxe All-in-One Espresso & Coffee Machine to your desired height and place a small coffee mug on the tray plate
- Brew 2 oz. (60 mL) of ground espresso or Nespresso®. After the machine chimes, remove the mug.
- Pour the frothed sweetened milk slowly over the espresso. Spoon any remaining foam on top. Garnish with cocoa powder, if you’d like.
