Cheese Ball Appetizers
Add big color, flavor, and fun to the usual cheese platter with easy flavor combinations. Check out four of our favorite flavor combos.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) cream cheese
- 1 cup (8 oz/250 g) grated cheese of your choice (see chart)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) seasoning of your choice (see chart)

Directions
- Add the cream cheese, grated cheese, and seasoning to the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer. Select BEAT for 1 minute.
- Coarsely process the coating in the Manual Food Processor. Transfer to a single Coating Tray.
- Line a Cookie Sheet with parchment paper. Using a Small Scoop, place about 24 level scoops of cheese mixture onto the cookie sheet.
- Roll the cheese balls in the coating then return them to the cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm. Serve with assorted crackers or vegetables.

Cook's Tips:
Create a band of topping on the cheese ball by rolling the ball in the mixture in a straight line so only the center is coated.
