Knot bread

Instead of the traditional Irish soda bread, change things up and make Celtic knot bread instead! It’s much easier, we promise.


  • 1 pouch Pizza Crust Mix (including ingredients to make crust) or store bought dough
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 1/2-1  tsp (2-5 mL) Lemon Pepper Rub


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Prepare Pizza Crust Mix according to package directions, then roll out into ½" (1 cm) thick logs (about 16 - 18" (40.5-46 cm) long each). Form into a knot shape as shown. The key is to make sure the loops overlap each other. 
  2. Brush with a mixture of 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil and ½ - 1 tsp (2-5 mL) Lemon Pepper Rub. Bake on the Large Round Stone about 20 minutes.
