Cauliflower Soup

All you need is 30 minutes to turn a head of raw cauliflower into a smooth, rich, hot soup. Pair with crusty bread and a fresh salad for a great dinner.


  • 2½ cups (625 mL) water
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
  • 6 cups (1.5 L) cauliflower florets (about 1 head)
  • ½ medium onion
  • 2   garlic cloves


  1. Add the ingredients to the Deluxe Cooking Blender in the order listed. Replace and lock the lid. Turn the wheel to select the SOUP setting; press the wheel to start.
