Avocado-Lime Crema
This avocado dip is great as a crudité dip, or as a topper for burgers or tacos!
Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1 large, ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- ½ cup (125 mL) sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup (125 mL) loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
Directions
Use a Juicer to juice the lime. Add the remaining ingredients to the Manual Food Processor, process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
