Use the Deluxe Stand Mixer Pouring Shield to mix batter, dough, or icing without making a mess. Place this shield on the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer and add the ingredients through the pour spout. The shield will prevent lightweight ingredients like powdered sugar and flour from flying out of the bowl! When you’re done using it, put it in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

- • Before using, review the Pampered Chef Deluxe Stand Mixer use and care.
- • Adult supervision is required when using with children or persons with lack of experience and knowledge.
- • Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hands, hair, clothing, spatulas, and other utensils away from the Deluxe Stand Mixer during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons and/or damage to the mixer.
- • The Deluxe Stand Mixer Pouring Shield is only to be used with Pampered Chef’s Deluxe Stand Mixer. Do not use with other stand mixers or appliances.
- • Do not use if this product, the mixing bowl, or the Deluxe Stand Mixer are damaged.
- • Allow the Deluxe Stand Mixer to completely stop. Press the On/Off switch to Off and unplug the power cord before adding or removing the pouring shield.
- • Use caution while adding ingredients when the mixer is running.
- • Do not tilt open the mixer head while the pouring shield is on, or while the mixer is in use.
- • Do not force ingredients through the chute.

- • Keep away from heat sources such as cooktops, toasters, air fryers, etc.
CLEANING
- • Wash before using for the first time; dishwasher-safe when placed away from the heating element.
USE
- • Make sure the Deluxe Stand Mixer is switched off and unplugged.
- • Once the desired mixing accessory has been secured and the mixer head is closed, slide the pouring shield over the mixing bowl so that the opening aligns with the mixer head and is centered over the rim of the bowl with the pour spout facing the digital display. Note: The pouring shield does not lock in place.
- • Use the chute to add wet or dry ingredients. Warning: Use caution while adding ingredients when the stand mixer is running.
- • To remove the pouring shield, turn the stand mixer off and unplug. Slide the pouring shield out before lifting the mixer head.
