WAYS TO USE

Lettuce & Herbs: For a deeper clean, place greens in colander in bowl and fill with water. Soak and gently agitate. Remove water, then spin to dry. Otherwise, thoroughly rinse in colander and spin to dry.	High 4+ twist	Remove excess water from bowl and repeat spinning as needed.
Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, & Raspberries: Soak berries in three parts water and one part white vinegar for up to 10 minutes to kill bacteria and keep them fresh. Then rinse and spin to dry.	Medium 3-4 twist Medium 3-4 twist Gentle 1-2 twist Gentle 1-2 twist
Chopped Leeks: Rinse in colander, place in bowl, and fill with water. Let soak for 5 minutes to let dirt settle to bottom. Remove water, rinse bowl, and repeat until the water is clear.	High 4+ twist

• This product is not oven- or microwave-safe.

• Ensure the lid is secure before spinning.
• This product is designed for household use only.
• Do not clean with any abrasive materials.
• Overfilling will impair the drying results. Do not place more than 2 lbs. (1 kg) in the Basket.
• Do not use this product with boiling water.
• Do not use the bowl as a storage container for salads tossed in acidic dressings, as it may cause the bowl to become cloudy.
• Over time and with continued use, the bowl may become cloudy. This is considered normal and not covered by the guarantee.
• Metal utensils will scratch the bowl.

CLEANING

• Wash before using for the first time.
• Bowl and basket are dishwasher-safe. Lid is hand wash only.
• When hand washing, use only a soft cloth or sponge. Scouring pads and abrasive brushes will scratch the plastic.
• If needed, remove the Splash Plate for cleaning.
• Dry completely before storing.

USE AND CARE

To Use:

1. Make sure the Splash Plate is installed properly.
2. Place the Bowl on a flat, dry, and stable surface.
3. Place the Basket inside the Bowl and put the food you want to dry into the basket.
4. Cover the Bowl with the Lid. Make sure the Lid is seated properly.
5. Twist the Twisting Knob on the Lid clockwise until it stops and release.
• To accelerate the spin, twist more than once.
6. To stop the Basket from spinning, press the Brake Button on the Lid.
7. Remove the Lid. Take out the Basket. Drain the water.

To Remove the Splash Plate:

• Turn the Lid upside down.
• Rotate the Knob counterclockwise to remove.
• Lift the Splash Plate off the Threads.

To Install the Splash Plate:

• Turn the Lid upside down.
• Align the holes in Splash Plate with the ribs facing up over the Threads on the Lid. Press down.
• Rotate the Knob clockwise until it stops.
