- Before using or cleaning, carefully remove and discard the plastic tip protectors.
- Wash knives before using for the first time: hand wash only.
- Wash, rinse, and towel-dry knives immediately after each use.
- To clean the case, wipe the outside with a damp cloth and towel dry as needed.
USE AND CARE
- To remove knives from the case, gently open the case cover. Grip the sides of the knife handle and carefully lift it out of the slot.
- To replace a clean knife in the case, rest the tip of the knife blade, with cutting edge facing down, in the narrow part of the slot. Rest the handle in the wide area of the slot to secure. Gently close the case cover.
