Better Sheet Pan Meals
When it comes to sheet pan dinners, three pans are better than one. If you ever put everything on one pan only to find the chicken cooked to perfection but the green beans are burnt, or moisture from veggies has made your crispy fish soggy, it’s time for modular pans. With these pans, not everything has to hang out in the oven for the same amount of time; you can add foods at different stages and season them separately, so everything turns out perfect.
You get three high-quality sheet pans—one that’s 8¾" x 12¾" (22.5 cm x 32 cm) pan and two that are 8¾" x 6¼" (22.5 cm x 16 cm), so you’ll have a variety of cooking options. The smaller pans also fit in our Deluxe Air Fryer. These pans are made from the same heavy-gauge steel as our other popular sheet pans, so they won’t warp in the broiler and will cook food evenly. The high sides keep food from overflowing and the high-quality coating prevents food from sticking and keeps your pan looking great. They nest too, for easy storage.

- • Always use caution when handling hot pans. Use heat-safe oven mitts or pads when handling a hot pan or placing it on surfaces.
- • Don’t use this product for broiling high-fat foods. A broiler pan with a rack (usually provided with the oven) is designed to drain juices and avoid spatter and smoke.
SAFEGUARDS
- • The use of abrasive cleansers such as steel wool, cleansers with bleach, or oven-cleaning solutions can damage the pan and will void the guarantee.
CLEANING
- • Wash before using the first time; dishwasher-safe.
- • Don’t soak the pans. Make sure to dry completely after washing to prevent rust.
- • If rusting occurs, use an aluminum polisher and cleanser, then rinse and dry completely. Don’t use aluminum polisher and cleanser on the cooking surface.
- • The pans will naturally darken with use and dishwashing, this won’t affect performance. Hand wash to maintain their luster.
- • Only use a soft sponge, cloth, or kitchen brush when hand washing pans.
- • Let pans cool to room temperature before cleaning.
USE AND CARE
- • Pans are safe to use in conventional ovens, convection ovens, and broilers. Higher temperatures may cause flexing; once the pan cools, it will return to its normal shape. Don’t use pans with extreme temperatures; it will cause warping.
- • Don’t use pans on glass or ceramic cooktops, electric coil, gas burner range, induction (magnetic) range, or an outdoor grill. Not microwave-safe.
- • Pans are freezer-safe.
- • Don’t use aerosol nonstick sprays. They may create a sticky, difficult-to-clean residue if the pan isn’t washed immediately or if it gets overheated.

- • Salty or acidic food may create small pits on the surface. You can line with parchment paper to help prevent this from occurring
