Sweet Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 piece fresh gingerroot, peeled
  • 1/4 small onion
  • 1   lemon
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) apple juice
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) canola oil

Directions

  1. Grate ginger using Ginger Grater to measure 2 tbsp (30 mL). Finely chop onion. Juice lemon to measure 2 tbsp (30 mL) juice.

  2. Combine ginger, onion, lemon juice, apple juice, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and oil in small bowl. Whisk well.

Yield:

  • 1 cup (250 mL)
    8  servings of 2  tbsp (30 mL)
