Frozen Margarita Fruit Platter


  • 1 can (10 ounces) frozen margarita mix concentrate (non-alcoholic), thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 can (12 ounces) lemon-lime flavored carbonated soda, chilled
  • 8 cups cut-up assorted fresh fruits such as cantaloupe, grapes, honeydew melon, strawberries or watermelon


  1. In Small Batter Bowl, combine margarita mix and water using Stainless Whisk. Divide mixture evenly among 3 Ice Shaver Tubs; freeze 6-8 hours until firm.

  2. Place cut-up fruit in Classic Batter Bowl; freeze 30 minutes. Spoon fruit onto Chillzanne® Platter.

  3. Remove frozen margarita mixture from Tubs; shave using Ice Shaver. Place shaved ice in Batter Bowl; stir in lemon-lime soda. Pour mixture over fruit. Cover Platter with Lid; let stand 5 minutes before serving. Spoon into dessert dishes or shallow glasses.
