For special occasions, our unique bread bowl makes an impressive serving bowl for salad.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously brush outside of Stoneware Baking Bowl with vegetable oil. Place baking bowl upside down on counter. Unroll bread dough onto flat side of Large Grooved Cutting Board.
Starting on one long side, gather up dough and quickly place over outside of baking bowl. (Do not press dough onto baking bowl.) Lightly pinch sides of dough together and trim off excess dough at corners with Professional Shears.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from oven to Stackable Cooling Rack. Carefully loosen bread from baking bowl. Cool bread bowl on baking bowl 15 minutes. Carefully remove bread from baking bowl. Turn upright; cool 5 minutes.

The dough is easiest to handle when cold. Keep it refirgerated until you are ready to use it and work quickly when shaping the bread bowl.
