Ginger Citrus Shrimp


  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Ginger Citrus Rub
  • 1 lb medium uncooked shrimp (41-50 per pound), peeled and deveined, tails removed


  1.  Heat oil in 12-in. Skillet over medium heat about 1-3 minutes or until shimmering. Meanwhile, combine shrimp and rub in Classic Batter Bowl; toss to coat. 

  2.  Arrange shrimp in a single layer over bottom of Skillet and cook 2 minutes or until one side is lightly browned. Turn shrimp over with tongs and cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until centers of shrimp are opaque.
