Grilled Rosemary Pork Chops

Serve these moist and tender pork chops with Hot German Potato Salad. Let the potato salad get a head start cooking before adding the seasoned chops to the grill.


  • 4   boneless pork loin chops, 3/4-1 inch thick (about 6 ounces each)
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Rosemary Rub


  1. Prepare grill for direct cooking over medium coals. Using Chef's Silicone Basting Brush, brush both sides of pork chops with oil; sprinkle evenly with seasoning mix.

  2. Place pork chops on grid of grill. Grill, covered, 12-16 minutes or until temperature reaches 160°F for well done, turning once using BBQ Tongs.

Cook's Tips:

These pork chops are also delicious when served with a quick mustard sauce. For Dijon Mustard Sauce, heat 1 cup half-and-half just to boiling in (1.5-qt.) Saucepan. Remove from heat. Whisk in 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley. Serve with pork chops.
