Grilled Rosemary Pork Chops
Serve these moist and tender pork chops with Hot German Potato Salad. Let the potato salad get a head start cooking before adding the seasoned chops to the grill.
Prepare grill for direct cooking over medium coals. Using Chef's Silicone Basting Brush, brush both sides of pork chops with oil; sprinkle evenly with seasoning mix.
Place pork chops on grid of grill. Grill, covered, 12-16 minutes or until temperature reaches 160°F for well done, turning once using BBQ Tongs.

These pork chops are also delicious when served with a quick mustard sauce. For Dijon Mustard Sauce, heat 1 cup half-and-half just to boiling in (1.5-qt.) Saucepan. Remove from heat. Whisk in 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley. Serve with pork chops.
