Gluten-Free Pizza Crust


  • 1 pouch Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix
  • 3/4  cup warm water (110-120ºF)
  • 1   egg
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  •  Pizza sauce and toppings of your choice


  1. Combine mix, water, egg and oil. Beat on medium speed of electric mixer 2 minutes. (Dough will be very sticky).

  2. Generously brush Large Round Stone with Handles (or cookie sheet) with additional oil. Turn dough out onto baking stone. With lightly oiled hands, pat dough into a round, then lightly roll to form an even crust to within 1/2 in. of edge. Let rest 20 minutes.

  3. While dough rests, preheat oven to 425°F. Gently brush dough with additional oil.

  4. Bake crust on lowest rack of oven 13-15 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.* Remove from oven to cooling rack.

  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust; sprinkle with toppings of your choice. Bake 8-10 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown.

Cook's Tips:

*For a softer crust: No need to pre-bake the crust before topping. Bake about 15-18 minutes or until edges are golden brown

For a seasoned crust, add 2-3 tsp of Pampered Chef® Rub or Seasoning Mix of your choice to the mix in Step 1 and prepare as directed above.
