Barbecue Chicken Burritos
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup frozen corn
- 1 package (10 ounces) cooked chicken breast strips
- 8 flour tortillas
- Shredded cheese, shredded lettuce or chopped tomato
Place the batter bowl in the microwave oven. Microwave it on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes. Carefully remove parchment paper and stir.
Put the tortillas on a paper plate. Place the tortillas in the microwave oven. Microwave them on HIGH for 1 minute. Carefully remove the tortillas from the microwave to a cutting board.
To make each burrito, spoon some of the chicken mixture down the center of 1 tortilla. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings, if desired. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the chicken mixture.
