Homemade Brownie Bowls

Rich, fudgy brownie bowls are a fun, customizable dessert, perfect for filling with soft serve, ice cream, whipped cream, berries, or your favorite sweet treats.

Ingredients

  •  Oil for greasing
  • ½ cup (125 mL) butter, melted
  • 1 cup (250 mL) sugar
  • 2   eggs
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup (175 mL) flour
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (175°C) and lightly grease the wells of the Brownie Bowl Pan with oil.
  2. Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer. Set to MIX for 45 seconds.
  3. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set to MIX for 45 seconds.
  4. Scoop the batter into the prepared pan, dividing the batter evenly between each well. Spread to the edges, if needed. Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until brownies are dull in appearance and set. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
