Vanilla Cupcakes
This classic is a piece of cupcake to make with the Deluxe Stand Mixer
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) sugar
- ⅔ cup (150 mL) vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
- ½ cup (125 mL) milk
- 1½ cup (375 mL) all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp (7 mL) baking powder
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180° C).
- Add all the ingredients into the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer. Select MIX for 2 minutes. Press Start.
- Place a cupcake liner into each well of a 12 well Muffin Pan. Equally divide the batter between the wells.
- Bake until lightly golden-brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 20-22 minutes.
- Remove the cupcakes from the oven and immediately transfer to a cooling rack.
- Cool completely before adding frosting or icing.
