Cool, creamy, and filled with warm pumpkin spice flavor, this homemade treat tastes like fall in every bite.

Ingredients

    Blondie Bowls
  •  Oil for greasing
  • 1 pkg Brown Butter Blondie Mix
  • 1 cup (250 mL) butter, melted or browned (2 sticks) (see cook’s tip)
  • 3   eggs
    Optional Toppings
  •  Caramel ice cream topping
  •  Crushed gingersnaps
  •  Chopped apple
  •  Whipped cream
  •  Granola

Directions

  1. Brush the Brownie Bowl Pan with oil. Combine the mix, butter, and eggs in the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer. Set to MIX.
  2. Divide the batter evenly into the wells. (You’ll have enough batter to fill the wells again. See cook’s tip). Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Combine the soft serve ingredients in a large bowl with a pour spout. Whisk for 2–3 minutes, or until the sugar has completely dissolved. Press the Power Button to turn on the FreezyFun Ultimate Frozen Drink & Soft-Serve Maker, select the soft serve setting, press start, and pour the mixture into the tank.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven and let the blondies cool completely in the pan.
  5. Let the mixture churn until the machine reads, “End,” about 45 minutes.
  6. Serve the soft serve in the blondie bowls with toppings, if you’d like.

Cook's Tips:

To make browned butter, melt it in a saucepan over medium heat. Watch closely as it foams, then settles. Once golden-brown specks form on the bottom, remove from the heat and pour into a bowl to stop the cooking.

You can bake and freeze remaining brownie bowls. Place in a freezer-safe container and freeze up to 3 months.

You can make the blondie bowls ahead of time, then warm them up in the air fryer or microwave.
