  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 package (18.25 ounces) butter recipe yellow cake mix (plus ingredients to make cake)
    Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3-4 teaspoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray Stoneware Fluted Pan with canola oil using Kitchen Spritzer. For cake, combine flour and brown sugar in Classic Batter Bowl. Cut in peanut butter with Pastry Blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; stir in peanuts chopped with Food Chopper.

Cook's Tips:

Sliced thin and spread with jelly, this fluted cake makes a neat peanut butter and jelly sandwich for after-school snacking.

The Mix 'N Scraper® is one of three scrapers available from The Pampered Chef. Because it's a large spoon and spatula all in one, it's great for mixing heavy batters and scraping out bowls. The Classic Scraper is a traditional size and the scraper you'll turn to most often for general cooking needs. The Skinny Scraper is smallest and is the perfect tool for easily removing contents from cans and jars. All three scrapers are heat-safe up to 650°F, and can be used to stir hot foods when cooking in pans or skillets.
