  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2   eggs
  • 2¾ cups old-fashioned or quick oats
  • 1½ cups chocolate-covered raisins
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). In a Small Batter Bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; mix well and set aside.

  2.  In a Classic Batter Bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the eggs and beat well. Add the flour mixture; mix well. Stir in the oats, raisins, and pecans (if using).

  3. Using the Medium Scoop, drop level scoops of the dough, 2 inches apart, onto the Rectangle Stone. Flatten the dough slightly.

  4. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the cookie edges are golden brown. Cool for 3-5 minutes on the stone then remove to a Stackable Cooling Rack. Cool the cookies completely. Repeat with the remaining dough. Store the cookies in a tightly covered container.
