- 3/4 cup frozen grape juice concentrate
- 3 containers (8 ounces each) vanilla low-fat yogurt

Frozen juice concentrates usually come in 12 ounce cans. When using 3/4 cup concentrate for this recipe, the remaining juice concentrate can be mixed with 2 cups water in our Quick-Stir® Pitcher.
Variations: Pink Punch Brain Freeze: Use frozen fruit punch concentrate instead of grape juice concentrate.
Pineapple Brain Freeze: Use frozen pineapple or pineapple-banana juice concentrate instead of grape juice concentrate.
Brain Freeze Banana Splits: Make 1 tub each of Brain Freeze, Pink Punch Brain Freeze and Pineapple Brain Freeze using 1 container vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup juice concentrate for each tub. Using My Safe Cutter, cut 4 peeled bananas in half lengthwise. Place 2 banana halves in each of 4 banana split dishes. Shave mixtures with Ice Shaver. Top each banana with 1 scoop each of all 3 flavors. Decorate with strawberries, maraschino cherries or nuts, if you like.
