Quick Stovetop Granola
This granola comes together in under 30 minutes, right on your stovetop. Store it in a Leakproof Glass Container to keep it fresh all week!
Ingredients

Directions
- Heat a spoonful of canola oil in a large saute pan. Add 2 cups (500 mL) of old fashioned oats, and 1⁄3 cup (75 mL) each of shredded coconut and chopped nuts. Cook and stir for 4–6 minutes, then remove from the pan.
- Add ¼ cup (60 mL) of honey, 2 tbsp (30 mL) of brown sugar, and ½ tsp (2 mL) of cinnamon to the pan. Cook and stir for 1 minute, or until it bubbles and is thick. Add the oats back to the pan and stir until coated. Stir in 1⁄3 cup (75 mL) of dried cherries and transfer to a sheet pan to cool.
Yield:
- 14 servings of (¼ cup/60 mL)

Change the flavor of your granola!
- Try using coconut oil, olive oil, or butter in place of canola oil.
- Try pecans, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pepitas, or sunflower seeds.
- Use agave or maple syrup in place of the honey.
- Swap the dried cherries for your favorite dried fruit like raisins or cranberries.
