This queso is creamy, delicious, and packed with protein from cottage cheese! Perfect for a snack or party dip.

Directions

  1. Add 16 oz. (450 g) cottage cheese, ¼ cup (60 mL) milk, and a spoonful of your favorite seasoning mix to the Deluxe Cooking Blender and cook on the sauce setting. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons (30 mL) cornstarch and 2 tablespoons (15 mL) of milk. When prompted to “Add,” carefully add the cornstarch mixture and continue to cook. When the timer is up, add 8 oz (250 g) cubed white cheddar cheese and blend on speed 3 for 1 minute or until fully incorporated.
