Hot Honey Wings
These wings are sure to be a favorite for game nights and beyond. The combo of sweet and heat will keep the family coming back for more!
Ingredients
- Wings
- 2 lbs (1 kg) chicken wings (about 16 drums, flats or both))
- 1½ tbsp (7 mL) baking powder
- ½ tsp (2 mL) salt
- ½ tsp (2 mL) black pepper
- Sauce
- ¼ cup (60 mL) butter (½ stick), melted
- ¼ cup (60 mL) hot sauce
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey
- 1½ tsp (7 mL) Honey Sriracha Seasoning or Crunchy Garlic Crisp Seasoning Mix
- tsp (5 mL) low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 green onion, finely sliced, plus more for garnishing
- Optional: carrot sticks, celery sticks, ranch or blue cheese dressing
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the wings in a large bowl with the baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the wings on the Brilliance Nonstick Half Sheet Pan With Rack and bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through and crispy. Flip halfway through cooking.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Add the cooked wings to the sauce and toss to coat them.
- Transfer the wings to a serving dish and garnish with the green onions. Serve with carrots, celery, and ranch or blue cheese dressing, if you’d like.

Cook's Tips:
Protein Pick: Instead of wings, make it a full meal with chicken legs (they’ll take a little longer to cook). Or go vegetarian by roasting cauliflower florets until they’re crunchy and toss with sauce.
Beat the Heat: Too spicy? Omit the hot sauce and double the honey and soy sauce for a sweeter glaze.
Spice Swap: You can use Crunchy Garlic Crisp Seasoning Mix, or Asian Seasoning Mix instead.
