Marinated Feta & Olives

Directions
- Combine 1½ cups (375 ml) of pitted olives (black, green, or Kalamata), 8 oz. (250 g) of cubed feta, 2 tbsp (30 ml) of olive oil, 2 tsp (10 ml) of your favorite seasoning, and the zest of 1 lemon. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to blend the flavors.
