Ham and Cheese Pockets
These pockets make a great snack or even a grab and go meal that’s sure to be a hit with the kids.
Ingredients
- Oil for greasing
- 1 pkg (8 oz./250 g) refrigerated crescent dough
- Flour for dusting
- 3 slices of ham, cut in half
- 3 oz. (90 g) cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated (6 tbsp/90 mL)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) honey mustard
- 2 tbsp (15 mL) butter, melted
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Everything Bagel Seasoning
- ½ tsp (2 mL) Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Set the Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven to Conv. Bake for 12 minutes and grease the Sheet Pan with oil.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently roll with a Baker's Roller to seal the perforations. Cut 6 dough rounds with the Hand Pie & Pocket Maker (the thin edge of the mold below the lip).
- Dust the base of the pocket maker with flour. Place one piece of dough on the foldable base and brush lightly with the honey mustard. Place 1 scoop of cheese in the center of the dough and a piece of ham (folding as needed to fit).
- Using the handle, fold the dough, and firmly press to crimp and seal. Place the pocket on the sheet pan and repeat with the remaining dough pieces.
- When the display says “ADD FOOD,” place the pockets in the oven (on the wire rack). Press start. Rotate the pan halfway through cooking.
- Combine the butter, seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Brush the pockets with the butter mixture immediately after they come out of the Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven.
